Toxicity
LD50 (intraperitoneal injection in rats):250 mg/kg. ADI:0~70 mg/kg (in terms of phosphorus). The amount used for condensed milk is 0.2% ~ 0.3%. Used as a stabilizer and binder for meat and fish products (ham, sausage) with 0.4% usage. The amount of corned beef used is 0.2% ~ 0.3%.
Production method
